I like folk tales for children. I used to teach a lot of them to my classes.

Comment on Life Is Good Award

Donna,
I learned something about you too!! I wonder if we decide to become writers because we are shy and when we are little people pass us over. I guess I've been trying to be heard all my life!!!

Comment on Review of LITTLE PRINCES

Donna, you have been given the Life is Good Award. Is volume 2 coming soon?
Seriously, for anyone who's ever worked in an office environment for what ever type of organization, this book cuts across them all as basic, emotional, fundamentally gut-wrenching, ironic, funny, and emotionally right on with the prevailing winter of our discontent. BUY, READ, and RE-READ!

Comment on Beach Writing

Yes, nothing like beach writing! I checked out your blog. Some nice thoughts there! If you are looking to get published, it's important to pay attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Editors are overloaded and will discard anything that does not look like it has been proofed. No matter how good it may be, an editor won't read past the first few lines if it looks as if the writer didn't care enough to check his or her work carefully. Beyond that, it looks as if you have the passion to write. Best of luck...it's a tough road, but worth it!

Comment on Beach Writing

hey there
i was very interested in your page as its beach writing.i to have a passion for the beach ,and yes it is the sun the sand the water the endless wonder and boundlessness of the horizon
that allows your creativity to be unleashed,my favorite time in sun rise i find it so unearthing.but awl at the moons reflection upon the dark sea when im feeling like a pirate.if you would check out my page let me know what you think ive never been published.my page is,
hubpages.com/hub/sandytales, thank you
harry j
